Mothers

Mom – 30 Days was very beneficial to our family. My husband, daughter and I were going through some difficult times in her teenage years. We were struggling with her rebellious and headstrong behavior. The evenings which my husband and I both did with our daughter separately benefited our relationship. It is not that we don't have our squabbles; however we are closer and enjoy each other for each other's uniqueness more now. We have learned that time is a precious commodity along with spiritual devotion – thanks to the time spent with each other.

Mom – My 20 year old daughter and I are five days into our 30 Days. Lately things have been tense between us because she is becoming her own woman and getting ready to move out on her own. After only five days we have re-ignited the deep emotional connection we have and our daily conversations about the regular things in life are relaxed and productive.

Mother – My son and I enjoyed all 30 nights. Spending time together, sharing and growing in Christ. What a wonderful experience. I would recommend that every parent and teen commit the 30 Days and grow closer together. Thanks!

Leticia — My 13 year old seemed "disconnected". Every day it appeared his heart drifted further away from us. After completing 30 Days with his Dad, things are altogether different. Now, he has re-engaged! Our communication with him is open and relaxed. The sparkle in his eye is back! Praise God!

Single Mom — The biggest blessing was hearing my son pray for me.

Mom — I came home at 11:30 one night exhausted and ready to go to bed. My daughter came into the bedroom and asked if we were going to have our time together this evening. She didn't care how late it was. What mattered most to her was spending those ten minutes together.

Mom — My daughter Sarah and I finished last week. We found it to be a very heartwarming and eye-opening experience. I know it has made our relationship closer. We are a blended family and sometimes it is difficult to share intimate and emotional things, but the 30 Days made it easier. I highly recommend it as a way to develop a closer relationship with your child, biological or not.

Karen — My son and I have only two days left of our 30 Days. It has been an incredible experience; eye-opening, tear-jerking, heart-tugging, and heart-warming all at the same time.

Robin – There are no words to describe how the 30 Days notebook has helped the relationship between my 14 year old daughter and myself. It truly has been one of the nicest blessings bestowed on us. I have since let our youth pastor know of the notebook and have shared it with another student in our youth group. My daughter and I have discovered that there are many people we feel would benefit from this experience. We would like to start our own “mini ministry” here targeting kids in the youth group and my daughter’s teenage friends. I have already purchased 3 books and have gotten great responses.
